Meal Plan March 10-16

I took a week off from blogging to finish my final project for my Masters. I’m officially done with school!!
I’m not sure what I’m going to do to fill my time now that I’ve gone from ny associate to my masters in 3 years. I still feel on edge like I have assignments due or something to read but I think it’ll take a while to come down from that survival mode I’ve been in.
I’m definitely going to have more time to spend on homemaking thinks like recipes, keeping it cleaner and more organized around here. I’m also going to do some things for my health and relaxation that’s been neglected for a while, like reading for enjoyment and some relaxing and strength building workouts. I also ordered a bullet journal to start getting some things written down.

Keeping a meal plan definitely keeps me more organized though and takes a task off my metal workload plate.

Total Spent: $183.92

Sunday
Ham and Cheese Sliders
The 24 pack of rolls fits perfectly in an 11×13 pan so I’m getting that one now and making more like a casserole.

Monday
Baked Potatoes

Tuesday
Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta
I was a little nervous about this one but it was pretty good and very filling, so you only need a little bit and then have plenty of leftovers.

To a crockpot add:
3-4 chicken breasts
1 bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce, then refill the empty bottle with milk, shake and add the milk
1 package of cream cheese cut into pieces
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, then shred chicken and add cooked rigatoni.
Stir together and top with more shredded parmesan.

Wednesday
Tortellini Skillet
This is so delicious we’ve eating it every week for weeks and I don’t care.

Thursday
Chicken and Rice Casserole
Thursday is my long day at work while my spouse is also working from home so we need a nothing day.

Friday
Slow Cooker Potato Soup
Usually I work Fridays but this week I have a comp day so I can present at the addiction med conference on Saturday. This is another very filling onne that leaves plenty for lunch the next day.

Saturday
Spaghetti and Meatballs

I didn’t get anything off Amazon yet because we’re well stocked on paper products still, but I have $15.15 in points if something comes up.
